We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the return request is made within this period, we will proceed with the process.
In addition, we process all orders within a maximum of 48 hours. If the customer requests a cancellation before the products are shipped, we will cancel the shipment and immediately refund the customer. However, if the order already has a tracking number showing it has been shipped, the customer must wait for the item to arrive to start the return process.

Damages and issues

Refunds
