SHIPPING INFO
We provide free shipping for all orders worldwide
US shipping arrives within 7-12 days
Canada, Australia, EU, UK, and all International orders usually take 8-15 business days to arrive.
For International Orders (Not USA) that contain liquid (Hair Growth Oil) The shipping may take 30-45 days depending on customs clearance time. We understand this is not ideal, but we have no control over the speed of customs clearance.
TRACKING INFO
We process your order within 1-3 business days, and will send you a tracking link upon shipment. You will be able to track the status of your order via our tracking page, using the number we send!
How We Ship
We ship via all major carriers, including ROYAL MAIL, DHL, FEDEX, UPS , EMS, K - Post, among others. Konly will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
After the items are processed and leave the warehouse, it usually takes 5-7 business days to reach the destination.
Canceled Orders
Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders before 07:00 PM (GMT) on the same day the order was placed by contacting info@konly.shop. Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & Contact information.
We cannot cancel your order for you if the package is in transit. We recommend that you select Reject when you receive a delivery call for your package. In this way, after we receive the returned package, we will cancel your order within 1–2 working days.
How to track the package?
Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Or you could track your order. If the item is lost in transit, please contact us: info@konly.shop we will give you a full refund or reissue the items.
I ordered more than one item, will they all be delivered at the same time?
We will try our best to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options may be used, depending on the product.
